CHAPTER 39: Forever Mates

THIRD PERSON'S POV

4 months have passed, and the 7 packs are now at peace, Chanyeol, Jisung, Jeongyeon, Jackson, and Eunwoo have been announced as Alphas, as their mates have been announced as Lunas, and all of Jungkook and Taehyung's friends and relatives are now married, and the once Crescent Canine Pack has now been named as the Solar Canine Pack, but Taehyung still isn't a Jeon.

Because today, is the day that Kim Taehyung, will become Jeon Taehyung, Jin has given birth to his and Namjoon's baby boy named Kim Soobin, a Pure Beta a week ago.

While Jimin will be in labor for 2 more weeks, Younghoon became a father aswell as Y/N was pregnant with twins as Tzuyu gave birth to her and Sana's daughter 3 weeks before Jin did and named her Minatozaki Haruka, and Lisa has just given birth to her and Jennie's daughter Kim Yiseo.

While Namjoon cried in happiness, as Jennie and Sana sobbed as they became more clingy to their mates because of so much joy, while Younghoon was also emotional when he got to learn that he became a father while Yoongi and Hoseok became more protective over Jimin.

Jungkook and Taehyung talked about announcing Namjoon and Jin as the Alpha and Luna of the other side of the Solar Canine Pack as they're the Head Alpha and Head Luna which Namjoon and Jin agreed and took responsibility of the other side of the pack, a Pack Council has also been made and Younghoon and Tzuyu are the lead counselors as the Jungkook's parents and Taehyung's mom became the lead elder counselors.

But right now, everyone is all busy, as the wedding of Jeon Jungkook and Kim Taehyung is at sunset, and as for the engaged couple are separated with Jungkook being in the main pack house with his best friends and parents while Taehyung is at the other side of the pack where Namjoon and Jin's pack house is, along with his siblings, mom and friends.

Jeon Lily and Kim Eunan along with Jin and Jimin won't allow Taehyung and Jungkook see each other until the wedding with Taehyung just agreeing as he is hopeless against his mom and brother while Jungkook kept whining his mate's name which also ended up getting a hit from neither Yoongi or Hoseok when their mate is sleeping.

TAEHYUNG'S POV

I'm at the guest room in Namjoon hyung and Jin hyung's packhouse as Lisa fixes my make-up while Jin hyung prepares my outfit for the wedding, and it wasn't a suit, nor a dress, but something more special and it was given by the Moon Goddess to eomma when she got married, cause turns out, my eomma was somehow related to the Moon Goddess as she was eomma's descendant.

It was a dress my eomma says, but since it was from the Moon Goddess, whoever wears it, it will change into a special outfit for the bride, even if it was male or female.

Hmmm, I wonder how Kookie and the others are doing at the other side of the pack, I hope that Kookie's already done, since mom (Jeon Lily) and Jimin are there, I thought.

JUNGKOOK'S POV

"Tae~!!!!!! My baby!!!! My pup!!!!" I whined

I heard my mom sigh and gave me banana milk, I gasped and took it as I started drinking as mom finishes styling my hair.

It was chaos in the pack house, especially in my room, mom fixed my make-up and styled my hair while Jimin was finishing straightening my suit, he became really moody ever since he became pregnant, so he's really bossy along with mom.

"OH MY GODDESS!! YOONIE! HOBI! STOP MAKING OUT FOR A SECOND!! YOU'LL RUIN YOUR HAIR AND CRUMPLE YOUR SUITS!!" Jimin yells as Yoongi and Hoseok were making out on the couch in my room

"JEON JUNGHO!! DON'T YOU KEEP TOUCHING YOUR TIE OR YOU'LL RUIN IT!!" Mom yells as dad keeps adjusting his tie

Then we all heard something break and saw Namjoon hyung sweating as he smiled nervously.

"Kim" mom starts

"Fucking" Jimin says

"NAMJOON!!!" Jimin and mom yell in frustration

Namjoon just gulped and sat down on the solo couch and just stayed there like a statue, afraid to break anything else if he leaves that spot.

Then soon, mom was already finished as she smiled at me.

"Now, you're all ready my little bun" she says and I groaned

"Mom! I'm not little anymore" I said and she laughed

"Of course not, you're mommy's big bunny now!!" Mom says as she hugs me

We pulled away as we heard a knock on the door.

"Who is it?" Dad asks and the door opened and it revealed-

"Princess!" Namjoon says as he carries went towards him and his son Soobin

"Is everything ready Jin?" Mom asks and Jin smiles as he nods

"Yes, Taehyung is still getting ready, but we're able to start now, he is just finishing his clothing" Jin says

"He's not going to wear a suit?" Jimin asks and Jin shakes his head and smiled

"It will be a surprise! Now come on!" Jin says

And we all left for the venue, and I say, it was really beautiful, well- Jimin and Jin did choose the royal theme since me and Tae are like royals.

I soon heard the music and my friends all walked first.

And then me as I walked and everyone was smiling when they saw me, I soon stood in front of the altar as my father was going to be the priest for my and Tae's wedding.

We soon saw Chanyeol and Baekhyun's son Park Minhyuk, walking down the aisle as he was the ring barer as Jennie and Lisa's daughter, Kim Yiseo was the flower girl and was being carried by one of the omegas.

And soon, the music started playing and the big doors opened, and my beautiful mate walked in, everyone was in awe, while I was amazed at his out of this world beauty, and Jin was right, he is wearing something special.

His aura glowed that sent stars throughout the room as he walked down the aisle, soon, specks of fire, droplets of water, swirling winds and stone looking vines decorated the room as Tae walked, the bouquet he was holding, changed colors.

His brother, Kim Jongsuk and mother Kim Eunan, walked him down to me and I reached my hand out for him, as he took it and he walked towards me as our hands intertwined. I smiled at him as he smiled back with a rosy blush on his face.

"Hey" I said and he smiled

"Hi" he shyly said

And then we turned to my father, who is going to be guiding us through our wedding, he raised his hand to stop the music and for everyone except us.

"Dearly beloveds, we are gathered here today, to wed these two lovers and crown the new Head Alpha and Head Luna of the Solar Canine Pack" dad starts and then looks at us

"Jeon Jungkook, you may say your vows to Kim Taehyung first" dad says and I looked at Tae and held both of his hands

"Tae, I already said what I needed to say to you when I proposed, but I still want to say so many things to you, like how you brought out the best in me, you changed and tamed me, you are the reason I became mature and be responsible for my doings, you didn't give up on me even if I kept hurting you over and over again, and I will forever be thankful for you, and I promise to be the best husband I can be, and the best father for our future child as well, as I will always be your shield and home, to always keep you close and will love you for eternity" I said and I heard him sniff as his eyes were teary

"Now, Kim Taehyung, you may say your vows to Jeon Jungkook" dad says as he looks at Tae

"Kookie, I know, I was harsh and mean to you when we first met at Diac University, but I was really broken and hurt that you did many wrong deeds with unmated wolves, and when Younghoon hyung begged me to talk to you, I never knew that our talk would come to this as a result, until we became one, and I am very touched that you also excepted me when I was only a cold and mean wolf to everyone, you also changed me Kookie, you made me more livelier when we started talking, you also brought out the best in me Kookie, and I promise to be the best husband to you and he the best mother to our child, I will be your shoulder to lean on when you are having problems, I will be the light to your home and the arms for you to snuggle in and take your surname and become a Jeon, and will love you for eternity" Tae says as tears now fell from both of our eyes

"Do you, Jeon Jungkook, take Kim Taehyung to be your lawfully wedded husband and future Luna?" Dad asked

"I do" I said with a smile

"And do you, Kim Taehyung, take Jeon Jungkook to be your lawfully wedded husband and take the surname Jeon?" Dad asked Tae as he continued to sniff

"I-I do" he stuttered as he kept crying

"And before you kiss each other, we must first do the future Alpha and Luna oath" dad said

And then a Beta carried a golden cup that wad filled with blood from all the other Alphas and Lunas that wed each other and filled this cup with a drop of their blood.

"Do you, Jeon Jungkook, promise to protect and lead your pack as the Head Alpha, until death comes to you?" Dad asked

"Yes, I swear by the Moon Goddess that I will take the position as Head Alpha of the Solar Canine pack and protect my people until death" I promised and then he turned to Tae

"And do you, Jeon Taehyung, promise to protect and guide the pack as the Head Luna, until death comes to you?" Dad asked and my heart fluttered when he said 'Jeon Taehyung'

"I swear to the Moon Goddess that I will take the position as Head Luna and protect and guide my people until death" Tae says

And dad gave me the silver dagger, and I first sliced a small wound onto my palm and closed it until a drop of my blood fell into the cup, and then I gave Tae the dagger and he did the same, soon, dad tied a red and blue fabric onto our hands as he smiled down at us.

"Then now I announce you, Head Alpha Jeon Jungkook and Head Luna Jeon Taehyung of the Solar Canine Pack, you may now kiss each other!" Dad says as he removes the fabric

And I didn't waste any time and pulled Tae by his waist and kissed him as he placed his hands onto my shoulder and kissed back, we soon pulled away and looked at our people who are now clapping.

"All hail to the new Head Alpha and Head Luna!" Hoseok and Yoongi yell

"All hail to the new Head Alpha and Head Luna!!!" All the pack members yell

"All hail to the Solar Guardian and Alphian Omega!" Namjoon yells

"All hail to the Solar Guardian and Alphian Omega!!!" All the pack members yell again

"All hail to Jeon Jungkook and Jeon Taehyung!!" Jin and Jimin yell

"All hail to Jeon Jungkook and Jeon Taehyung!!!" The pack members yell

And then they all cheered and wolf whistled to me and Tae, until we all went to the other room, where the reservations are, and Jin and Jimin are really good wedding planners.

Many couples danced on the dance floor, while me and Tae were still sitting on our table, well, actually it's just me sitting, because Tae is sitting on my lap as he ate his cake and sometimes feeding me as well.

"Kookie?" I heard Tae call out and I hummed in response

"Do you think, I'll be a good Luna?" He asked me and I chuckled at his question

"Pup, why would you think that you won't be a good pup?" I asked him and he pouted

"Because I was trained to be an Alpha not a Luna" he pouted and I pecked his pout away

"You'll be fine pup, you already talked to the pack members, just relax and be yourself, ok pup?" I said and asked him

He nodded cutely and nuzzled his face into the crook of my neck.

"Do you want to dance?" I asked him and he looked back at me and tilted his head cutely

"Can we Kookie?" He asked and I smiled and nodded

He stood up and pulled me up and we walked towards the dance floor, soon, a slow song played and everyone was looking at us. I pulled Tae by his waist as he placed his hands around my neck and we slowly swayed to the song.

"I love you Jeon Taehyung" I said and smiled and he blushed and smiled back at me

"I love you too Kookie" he said and I pecked his lips

"Forever mates?" He asked me and I chuckled and nodded

"Forever mates" I said and kissed him
