The shark and pony show

It had been another week and I was back on my feet.... Errrr.... Hooves I mean.... But I was back on all fours and I was ready to go back to training..... small stuff that is.... I was told to take things slow so I was going to try to teach myself Brick-Break which only required my front hooves and I have seen Pokémon use moves that they can learn by TM. If they can know then why can't I.

Anyway.... I had placed a wooden board in place of two wooden stilts.... "Alright.... Time to dooooo.... This..... move..... Brick-Break!" I yelled as I slammed my front hoof on the wooden plank. "Gaaaaaahhhhhhhoooooowwwwwww!!!!" I yelled in pain. "Gahhh!!... that hurts!! How is it possible. That I can knock a tree down but I couldn't break a simple piece of wood!?!? I complained as I saw Spike running along with Dia.

"(Y/n)!! (Y/n)!! (Y/n)! Aaaah! Rarity... woods... jewels... land sharks... hole... taken... Save her!" "Spin! Spin!"  They both said as they were panting and was freaking out. "Breathe, boys! Breathe!" I told them as they were trying to catch their breath. "Better?" I asked them as they were finishing calming down. "Yeah." "Great. Now tell me what's wrong?" I asked them. "Rarity was taken by a group of land sharks! We tried to fight them but they were to fast and wouldn't leave the ground. All we saw was their fins!" Spike told me.

"Land sharks? ..... oooohhhhh..... get the others now!" I said in panic.

Time skip

We had managed to gather the others and we were heading to where Rarity was taken. "So Rarity was taken by land sharks?" Rainbow said. "Yes!" Spike said. "And we need to find her before something happens to her!" I yelled as we reached to where Rarity was taken but we saw a dozen holes. "Holy moly, that's a lotta holeys." Pinkie said. "Come on, every pony! Let's get started." Twilight said as we begin looking at the holes until the holes were being covered by dirt.

"What the!?" I yelled in surprise as I saw that all the holes were being covered. "Quick! We gotta get down one before they're all filled up." Twilight yelled as we were all trying to get to an hole. I was trying to get one until I had managed to get to an open hole. "Aha!" I yelled in happiness. "Gible!" I heard the familiar sound as something zoomed out of the hole and It bite my head and all I can see was darkness and I could feel sharp pain around my face. "Aaaaaahhhhhh!!!!! It's biting my face! It's biting my face!!" I yelled in pain as was moving around trying to shake this thing off of me.

"Don't worry I'll get it off!" I heard applejack said as the creature let's go and I was met by two hooves hitting my face. "Gaaahhh!!!" I yelled as I hit the ground in pain. "I'm so sorry (y/n)!" I heard AJ said as I saw the familiar land shark known as Gible.

"Gible." It said as it jumped to the open hole and covered it up. "Gahhh...." I groaned in pain. "Let me help." Aj said as she helps me up. "Thanks." I said. "Those things have managed to cover up all the holes." Twilight said. "I didn't think a stubby little thing like that could be fast." Rainbow said. "They are called Gible and they are very great diggers." I said.

"Is there anything about them about why they would take Rarity?" Fluttershy asked. "Well the most likely is that..... ummmm..... you know.... I may of.... Forgotten why..." I said as I awkwardly smiled nervously. They all stared at me until. "Oh! Sweet Celestia! They are gonna eat heeerrr!!!!" Pinkie yelled. "What/Spin!!!?!?!" The rest yelled as they were now very worried and scared for Rarity.

"T-T-They may not of had eaten her... I mean, they haven't tried to take us." I said trying to calm everyone. "Oh yeah! Then what else could they want with her?!" Rainbow demanded. "W-well.... Ummm.... Oh! They also can evolve into a Gabite-" "And how is that better?" Aj asked. "Gabite have been known to be very passionate about shiny things. Like gems and other shiny treasure. Maybe they took her because.... They thought her cutie mark were real gems...... so they.... Took her.... For a gabite?...." I awkwardly said.

"I don't think they would take a living creature just because they look shiny." Twilight said. "I bet a lot of carbink thought that before they were now a part of a Gabite's hoard." I sarcastically said. "How can you joke at a time like this!" spike yelled. "Sorry! Sorry!" I said. "But if what you say about Gabite is true then..." Spike said as he pulled a gem out of nowhere. "We'll just have to lure one of them out." He said as he tied it to a fishing pole? Where are these things coming from!?

We were now gathering around a hole while spike was Gible fishing. "Spike, it is very noble of you..." "shhh!" "...to sacrifice the gem Rarity gave you." Twilight said quietly as we saw a pull from the line. "That was fast." Rainbow said as Spike was trying to pull the line, but unfortunately, the Gible was stronger and pulled spike into a hole which Twilight grabbed him but was also dragged down which soon lead to all of us to being dragged down the hole.

We were pulled through a crazy long tunnel system that thanks to the Gible, it felt like we were on a roller coaster. We were on loop de loops, spin turns, and a part where the track jumps onto another track. This went on for a few minutes until we stopped somewhere underground.

"Well that was something." I said as we were all getting up. "Well that didn't go as planned.... But we're in." Spike said as we looked around to see a bunch of tunnels. "Um... which way do we go?" Twilight asked as we realized that we are now lost. "Huh.... This could be a problem." I said as were looking around trying to figure out where to go. "I know! If there is a Gabite here, maybe they took Rarity down a path with the most gems?" Spike suggested. "But wouldn't the Gabite just took the gems to where it could store it?" I said. "Which puts us back to where we are." Aj said.

"I guess we have to start with that tunnel." I said as part of the cave wall explodes as Twilight activates a shield to protect us from debris. "ROOOAARAWAERRR!!!" We heard a roar cry out as the smoke cleared to reveal an Onix!?

We were all surprised about the sight but I think the others were more surprised then me because they all were all white and wide eyed with shocked looks on their face. "Wow.... Wait?" I said as I walked to the onix. "Excuse me?" I said which caught the onix's attention as it lower its head. "Hey umm, me and my friends are kinda lost and we were kinda hoping if you knew where we could find where a group of gible's are at?" I asked it.

It then points its head to a tunnel and it did a small roar. "That way?" I asked as it nods it head yes. "Ok, thanks for the help." I said as it nods and it goes through a wall as it leaves. "Ok everyone! Let's go." I said as I notice that they were all still in the same position with the same shock expressions. "Ummm.... Guys? ....guys?...."

Rarity pov

It had a been a while since the land sharks have taken me and they had dropped me at unknown location. "Oh please, land sharks. Please let me go." I begged to the small land sharks which I didn't expect them to look until they moved which I was now seeing the most gems and other shiny things that I have ever seen in my life. "That... is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen." I said until. "Gaaaabiiiitttteeee!!" I heard as something jumped out of the pipe gems and other shiny things and landed in front of me.

"And that is the most terrifying thing I have ever seen." I said as it walks up to me. "Gaaabiittee?" It said as it was studying me. It then turned to one of the small stubby land sharks and it said. "Gabite?" "Gible gible gib." It said as it pointed at me and to the ground and then to the gems and I was trying to figure out what they were talking about until the big land shark walks up to me.

"Gabite!" It said waiting for me to do something but I didn't know what it was wanting me to do. "Gabite? ...Gabite!" It yelled at one of the small land sharks. "Gible." It said as the big land shark sighed and it then points to my horn and then to the gems and it then points to the ground. "If... I'm getting this right.... Are you trying to say that you want me to look for gems?" I asked as it then shook its head yes. "Oh! Is that all?" I said as I activated the spell and I found one which I drew an X on the spot. "There. A lovely pocket of jewels are right there. Now, if you'd be so kind as to show me the exit?"

I asked as it then points to the X and made a digging motion. "What? But you said you wanted me to find the gems." I said "Gabite!" It said as I then sighed and started digging where the gems are. "Gabite!" It yelled in frustration as it was clearly upset about how I was digging. "Forgive me, but prior to your group of land sharks so rudely dragging me into your dirt pit, I had a pony-pedi and I am not about to chip a hoof because you dislike my style of digging." I said as I resumed digging.

I saw the big land shark sighing and rubbing its head in annoyance which it then pushes me away and calls out for a small land shark to dig. "Gabite!" It said as it rudely points its one claw at me. "Well, somebody certainly needs proper nail care. When was the last time you had a manicure?" I asked as it looks at its claw in confusion. It the. Shook its head and it points at my horn and then at the ground. "Gabiiitttteeee!!!" It yelled right at my face. "Ugh.... Has anyone told you that you have terrible breath?"

I asked it as all the small land sharks begin to laugh. "Gabite!" The tall land shark yelled which the small land sharks stopped laughing. It then points at my horn and then back at the ground and it then yells. "Gaaabbbiiiittteeee!!!" "Well, since you insist... but I must say the working conditions in here are simply dreadful. Musty and damp, it's going to wreak havoc on my mane. And this air is stifling, suffocating. And when I try to take a deep breath, the stench of all you land sharks makes me nauseated." I said as I heard the tall land shark begin to groan as I was walking around the cave. "While we are on the subject, have you never heard of soap? You could do with a good round of soap and water. Oh water, oh water, I'm terribly thirsty. Could I please have some water?" I asked as I watched the land shark banging its head on the cavern wall.

Your pov:

I had managed to get the others to get out of their shock and we were now going through the path that the onix gave me. "And you are sure that the.... Rock snake?" "Onix." "Onix knows that this is the way?" Twilight asked me. "They have excellent sense of direction that is useful when living underground. Also.... It probably saw them as it was digging." I said as we were still running when we heard a loud. "GAAAAABIIIIIIIITTTTEEEEE!!!!"

"That was a Gabite!" I yelled. "Pick up the pace! We're coming Rairty!!" Spike yelled as we were running as fast as we can when we reached to the end of the path to see the Gabite. "Alright, Gabite! Prepare for a hydrooooooo!!!!!-" I was then interrupted when the Gabite placed Rarity in front of us which we were all trying to stop our running which we crashed and stopped in front of her.

"Gabite!" It yelled as it then placed a very good chunk of gems and other treasure and it then points at Rarity and it then did a never come back sign as it points to the treasure and it walks back to other side of the cave door and used a move to block the entrance.

All of us (minus Rarity) we're just staring at what just happened and we were all (minus Rarity) shocked. ".....What just happened?" Rainbow asked. "I.... I think.... That Gabite..... just bribed us...." I said. "Oh, is that what the tall land shark is called? It is certainly better then land shark I suppose. Now, whose ready to help me take these to the boutique." Rarity asked us as we were still a little bit in shock except for Dia who ran up to Rairty and hugged her.

Time skip

After we got out of our shock expressions we helped Rarity get the treasure to the boutique and she let us have some piece of the treasure for trying to save her but apparently she didn't need saving from dangerous Pokémon. Which was very saddening for me, because the chance to fight a Gabite would've been awesome.... "Ok. I think I know why brick break won't work right now. It's because I haven't been using my front hooves more then my hind hooves. I mean.... The majority of equine use their hind hooves then their front to attack so that means I have to train my front hooves." I said as I fixing to pick up the small dumbbell to strengthen my hooves.

"I'll be using brick break anytime now." I said with determination as I then saw some bushes move and I saw a Machop come out of the bushes.

"Ummm..." I said as the machop walked casually to the largest dumbbell that I have in the backyard and lifts it up in the air with one hand. "Machop!" It said as it lifts up and down very quickly for about five minutes. It drops the dumbbell down and walks over to the planks. Places twenty of them on the brick holders and used Brick break on the planks. All the planks were destroyed in one chop.

"Machop!" It said as it then walks away. I stared for a few minutes until I then yell out. "SHOW OFF!"

I just saw the trailer mlp make your mark and it looks interesting and I saw that they used stuff from the tell your tale YouTube series which is cool. Can't wait to see the full special to see how it goes.
