Applebuck Season

Your POV:

"What a beautiful day." Twilight said as I was practicing my horn on the training dummy in front of me. "Yep!" It's a perfect time to train." I said. "Uh... may I ask, why are you hitting the dummy with your horn instead of using...." Twilight stopped as she couldn't think of anything to say. "My horn is kinda like a sword. I have a signature move called Secret sword and I have to learn to use that move." I told her.

"So it's kinda like practicing magic? But how will you know when you learned it?" She asked me. "Hehe, i'll know when I have learned Secret sword." I said with a smirk. "That doesn't really answer my question?" She said in confusion as the ground starts to shake.

"What's going on!?" Twilight yelled as we then heard Rainbow Dash yell out "Stampede!" We then ran to where she was and we saw everyone was panicking and we saw the stampede heading this way. "Hey...! This makes my voice sound silly!" Pinkie said who was letting the shaking bounce her and made her voice sound funny.

"Everypony calm down. There is no need to panic." The mayor said to everyone as I was trying to think of what to do to stop the stampede. "Look there!" Rainbow yelled as she points to Applejack who was with a dog. "YEEHAW!" She yelled as she and her dog start to herd the cows from stampeding Ponyville.

After all the cows were calmed down all the ponies had cheered in happiness as Applejack and her dog ran off to who knows where. "Applejack was just... just..." "Appletastic!" "Exactly. We must do something to thank Applejack for single-hoofedly saving the town." The Mayor said as I could already tell what Pinkie is thinking before she even finished her sentence. "A party./A party- hey... how did you know what I was going to say?" "Lucky guess." I said with smirk.

A week later

It had been a week and all the ponies in town had made a stage to thank Applejack for stopping the stampede. I was currently moving the podium to the center of the stage. "We all ready?" Twilight asked me and Rarity. "Just one last thing." She said as she moves the banner above the stage. "Now we're ready." "Good, and the podium?" Twilight asked me as I moved the podium a inch to the left. "Yep."

"Excellent! Is Applejack all set?" She asks as we looked around to see that Applejack is not here. "Actually, I haven't seen her all week." Rainbow said to us. "Not since the stampede." "But she'll be here for sure. Applejack is never late."

Time skip

It was the time of the celebration and Everypony is here and Twilight was walking up to the stage and she was carrying a large stack of papers. "Please tell me that isn't the speech?" I thought as she places the stack on the podium and starts talking. "Welcome, everypony! Today we are here to honor a pony we can always count on to help in matters great and small. A pony whose contributions to--" she was then interrupted by Rainbow.

"Did you see Applejack's slick moves out there? What an athlete. This week she's gonna help me with my new flying trick, and I know it's gonna be so awesome." She said as Twilight gets back on Stage. "Exactly. And..." "This week, I get to run Sugarcube Corner for the first time." Pinkie said interrupting Twilight as well.

"What does that have to do with Applejack?" Twilight asked her. "Oh. Applejack, one of the best bakers ever, is gonna help me. Applejack makes everything great, so free samples for everypony!" She said as everypony cheers and she hops off the stage. "Oh-kay, that's great. Now if I could just make a point without being inter--" Twilight was once again interrupted but this time nicely by Fluttershy.

"Twilight, I'm so sorry, but I just wanted to mention that Applejack is also helping me this week with the official bunny census, where we count up all the new baby bunnies that were born this season. She's gonna help gather them using her wonderful herding skills." Fluttershy said to everypony. "Awww.... Baby bunnies sound adorable." I thought as Fluttershy leaves and Twilight is back on stage.

"Anyone else? Anyone? No? Well then, as I was trying to say..." Twilight tried to say but she sees the Mayor staring at her. "Urgh! Never mind." She growled as she walks off the stage and stands next to me. "I'm sure the speech was nice." I told her. "Thanks... I just wished I could've done it." She said. "....Ugh... I'm sure I'm gonna regret this but..." "You could give your speech to me?" I offered. "Really!?! That'll be great!" She said as she now had a big smile.

"Maybe her speech isn't as long as I think it would be?" I thought as the Mayor gave her small speech and the curtain was opened to show Applejack but she wasn't there. "....Did anyone remember to tell her?" I asked as I then the mare in question. "I'm here. I'm here." We see her with buckets of apples and she was yawning.

"Sorry I'm late--whoa--I was just... whoa... Did I get your tail? Miss Mayor. Thank you kindly for this here... award thingy." She said as she was on the stage and was then staring at the trophy. "It's so bright and shiny and, heh, heh heh, I sure do look funny heh. Ooo-ooo." She was then doing funny faces with the trophy and Pinkie joins her. "Okay. Well, thank you Applejack for saving us from that scary stampede, and always being there for everypony."

Twilight says as Applejack was trying to stay awake. She then wakes up and starts dragging the trophy away. "Was it just me, or did Applejack seem a little--" "Tired?" "Dizzy?" "Messy?" Rarity says we all looked at her. "Well, did you see her mane?" "She seemed fine to me." Pinkie said as she started wooing.

"Hmm.... (Y/n), could you watch the library? I need to do something." She said as she walks off. "Uhhh.... Sure...." I said since I felt like I should've gone with her. "I'm sure she got this." I said as I went to the library.

Time skip

It had been a day and Twilight came back a bit annoyed and she told me that Applejack was bucking apples for a harvest this season all by herself. I wanted to help but I was told that Applejack didn't want any help and that she wouldn't accept any help. I had to accept for the time since it probably wouldn't be long till she would accept help.

Me and Twilight were outside on the balcony and Twilight was writing about the Pokémon we had encountered and I was helping her learn about them. "So your saying that this creatures can evolve into something else?" She said in confusion. "Yep! Bewear was the evolve form of Stufful and Trevenant is the evolve form of Phantump." I told her.

"Ok... wait? Do you mean that Stufful evolves into Bewear or is it the other way around?" She asked me. "The first one." "Ok.... What does-" she was then interrupted when Rainbow crashes onto the balcony. "Can we help you?" Twilight asked her. "I think somepony else needs your help." Rainbow says. "Applejack?" I asked and she says "Yep." Twilight then sighs. "Let me try." I told her as I got up and started walking to Sweet Apple Acres.

Time skip

I saw Applejack trying to buck a tree but she seems way out of it. I walked up to her and I asked her. "Hey, Applejack. Are you alright? Do you need any help?" I asked her. "It's already light out and I don't need any kelp." She said which confused me. "What? No! I think we need to talk." "We don't have stalks."

"I WANT TO TALK TO YOU!" I yelled. "Ooh, well why didn't you say so?" She asked me as I sighed a bit. "Well Rainbow kinda dropped in on me and Twilight today." "That's quite neighborly of her." She said. "It would be if she wasn't launched into the sky and crashed onto the balcony." I told her.

"Oh, yeah. I wasn't feeling quite myself this morning." She told me. "Yeah, I can see that. That's why you need help." "I told you I don't want any kelp. Now if you'll excuse me I have to go." She said as she wobbly walks off as I sighed in frustration.

I was back into Ponyville and I was still frustrated that Applejack wouldn't listen to me. I guess she still wasn't ready to want help but i still feel that she needs the help weather she wants it or not. "Looks like I better help her with the apple harvest wether she wants it or not!" I said with determination as I walked inside the Sugarcube corner. "But first, I think I need something to eat."

Timeskip

"Ugh.... I don't feel so good..." I said as I barfed onto a bucket. "OH MY GOSH!! (Y/n)! Pinkie! What Happened?" I heard Twilight asked me and Pinkie who was next to me. "It was a mishap with some of the baked goods." The nurse told her as I was trying to jot barf again. "No, not baked goods, baked bads." Pinkie said as she groans.

"Ugh.... Am I dying!? Is this what it feels like!? Oh man.... Please don't let this be the end..." I said as I barfed again. "Is there anything you need me to do before I go to you know who?" She asked me. "Could you sing "Soft Kitty" for me?" I asked her

The next day

I had just gotten out of the urgent care and I was heading back home.... Slowly. I was still getting over the effects of the bad muffin I had to take things slow. I was walking through when I saw a bunch of baby bunnies munching on flowers and Fluttershy was trying to calm them down.

I walked up to her and I asked her. "Need any help?" "U-U-uhhh... yes." She said as I went to try to calm the bunnies down. I had managed to get the bunnies calmed and me and Fluttershy were slowly herding the bunnies back to where they need to be. "Oh thank goodness. Thank you (y/n)." She thanked me. "No problem." I told her as Twilight came to us with a smile. "Please tell me, that you are smile because Applejack finally asks for help?" I asked her as she gives a knowing smirk.

Time skip

I bucked one of the apple trees as some of the apples had fallen to the buckets. "Another one done and a few more to go." I said as me and the other five mares were helping Applejack with her harvest as she was resting. "How about y'all take a little break? I got some fine apple juice waitin' for ya!" I heard the mare in question as we walked to a table where there were six juice bottles eating for us.

"I can't thank you enough for this help. I was acting a bit stubborn." Applejack said. "A bit?" Twilight said with a smirk. "Okay. A mite stubborn, and I'm awful sorry. Now, I know the town gave me the Prized Pony award, but the real award is having you six as my friends." Applejack said as we all smiled and took a sip from the juice bottles.

"This is so good." I said "Yeah! But I am kinda hungry from all this apple bucking." Rainbow said as Spike came with a basket of... "Are those what I think it is!?" I asked in worry. "Yep! I got these tasty treats for everypony." He said. "Spike, I threw those all away. Where'd you get them?" Pinkie asked him. "From the trash." He said as we all gagged and walked away as Spike was trying to get us to have some.... Never again.

This is exactly what I would imagine what Loona would look like in MLP.
