Colours and promises🔹🔹🔹Narrator's POVLast Friday was Prisha's birthday. Spruha and Varad both were invited on her special day. Special day—because varun officially proposed her and had asked her to marry him. It was a blissful event. It was when , Spruha and Varad had decided to reveal their patch up and also the marriage. The news had obvious come as a shocker to everyone , specially prisha—she was glad that her best friend took her advise. " Yeh! Finally the ideal couple of the group  are together! " " Wow!! Finally REUNITED!!! " " One more marriage blast!!! " " I want to be the godmother to your child! " So many comments and teasings warmed the evening. The friends had reunited again and finally got some good time to spend with eachother. Basically , that day was their night out together at one of the Varun's farmhouse. They had a good time reminiscing college days. Life seemed all perfect. Spruha and Varad were together again. Four years of seperation and distance. They had gone through all. But in the end , love blossomed again into their lives! Finally their dreams to be together their whole life was coming true. In a month , they would be engaged and then later finally married. I smiled looking at my reflection in the mirror. The hair dresser was doing my hairstyle , while the makeup artist did the makeup. My phone pinged with a text from him. " Varad , won't take his eyes off you! " Nisha bhabhi teased me as she whispered in my ears. Soon , everything was ready. We settled in the car and were heading to the venue. Varad and I had like the venue on the first sight we saw. As ours was a evening ceremony , the venue turned out to be perfect! In no time we were in the hall. I gasped looking at the view! The hall was decorated with beautiful golden curtains and shining high chandeliers. In the centre settled the huge creamy white sofa. Chairs and tables were settled all over and the guests were coming in. In the hallway was a board with huge letterings that said ,  WE DECIDED ON FOREVER❤️ with a small hashtag with #VARADFOUNDSPRUHA. I smiled looking at it. It was so amazing!!!🥺🥰❤️❤️Soon , all my friends joined in. Prisha hugged me as soon as she came. I kissed her cheek. " Babe! You look so sexy!! And gorgeous 😍 " she said making me blush. " Ahh , and there he is!! " Said varun and we turned as gaze to see varad coming. Ohh!! He looked so handsome in his maroon sherwani suit!! He had that royal look!! Maroon suited him! I liked it at first when we selected the outfit for him! And he happily chose what I liked for him! My handsome man! 🤤❤️.Varad's POVI saw her talking with varun and prisha. Damn! She looked so gorgeous in that sexy lehenga!! I smirked inwardly remembering the incident when we went to shop for her. Uff!! That deep backless blouse... Ahh! We were talking , when suddenly he stopped and stared at Mayra who was talking with Pradnya. I smirked. " Close your mouth before the saliva drips down!! " I said laughing. He groaned muttering something. Mayra was dressed in a off-shoulder baby pink lehenga choli which had made Shantanu go all crazy!! We continued with our teasings , when mom called me. Soon , we were made to come on the stage. I was waiting for my bride to come soon. I then , heard giggles and laughs from my adjacent. There she was..!! All blushing! She took slow steps towards the stage. I took her hand and I felt a jolt! My stomach flipped at the contact of her touch. We were settled on the sofa. Slowly I moved closer to her. " You're looking gorgeous , sweetheart! " I said kissing her left cheek. She blushed saying a faint 'thankyou'. " You too look handsome! " She said smiling at me. I sneaked my hands on her bare waist which intimidated me long back as I urged to roam my hands on her. Her dupatta was cladded over her head and my hand was hidden behind it. From the peripheral , the view would be like , couples so-in-love sitting close to eachother. I started making invisible circles on her waist and she gasped. " Stop " I heard her mutter. I smirked not stopping my act. " Ahem ahem. Continue your romance later lover boy. It's time to exchange rings!!! " Said shivam winking at us. I laughed embarrassed and Spruha pushed me looking away blushing. We were made to stand in front of eachother. Spruha had this huge obsessions with rings. So , keeping this thing in my mind , I decided to take her a beautiful diamond ring which I was sure she would love..Spruha's POVSoon , it was time for ring ceremony. We stood in front of eachother. One thing varad told me was , he wasn't a huge fan of rings. Considering that , I chose a classy yet elegant diamond ring band for him. I just hope he likes. Dimple came with a tray filled with rose petals with boxes of rings in them. I looked at varad and he smiled. And , he came forward , he took the ring in his hand and kneeled down. " Before I put this ring on your finger , I need to confess something to you. " He said looking into my eyes. I nodded smiling. Everyone gasped and hooted for us." My dearest Spruha , I still remember the day how we met , and fell in love with eachother! I'm glad to have you in my life! I just wanted you to know , that nobody has never made me so happy in a long time. I love you! Okay—this wasn't planned but I just wonna say that I have loved you since the first day my eyes fell on you and I knew you were the one! I want you to be with me , forever! I know I was being stupid—to let you go , I have hurt you ,  there were so many hurdles in our relationship. But nonetheless , we were here , standing in front of eachother getting engaged. So—not exaggerating this much , I would like to say that I love you so damn much!!! And I want you to be with me forever , I want to hold your hand and walk with you , grow old with you and make many more memories!! So , will you be my soulmate Spruha? Will you marry me?? " He said it all and I was all in tears. I could hear people cheering for us and hooting , " say yes " " say yes!! " I smiled saying , " Yes!!! I love would love to spend my life time with you varad!! " And there were roars of claps around. He placed the ring in my pinky finger. And he kissed the back of my hand.  I gasped seeing it. It was so wonderful!!I grinned taking the ring box , I took his hand in mine and placed the ring in his finger. There were cheers for us. We hugged each other and he kissed the crown of my head. .Sometime later , we were done with the photo shoot. We clicked so many pictures—some solo , some together , candids and with friends. We both introduced each other's relatives and friends. We were sitting on the sofa , talking. He scooted closer to me and I kept my head on his shoulder. Taking his hands in my , I caressed the ring he wore. " Did you liked the ring?? " I asked him. He took my hand and kissed it. " Absolutely!! I loved it! " He said. " Now you're officially mine , baby!! " He said huskily kissing me purposely near my lips. " Not so soon , Mister! The wedding is yet to happen! " I said chukling. " Who cares!!?? Striding fast he locked me between his arms. I encircled my arms around his neck. " Kiss me , varad! " I said grabbing him closer to me. He cupped my face smiling. I closed my eyes as I felt his lips on my forehead. He kissed me all over my face , my eyes , nose , cheeks , chin... But not the lips! Arrgghh.. such a tease! He well knew for what I was urging , and he was playing with me. He placed open mouthed kisses all over my face and I groaned. He smirked at my reaction. I pushed him by his chest. " What? " He asked laughing. He leaned forward , but I stopped him. " Varad , I swear if you don't ki— " and the kiss absorbed in my mouth as I felt his lips on mine. His cold lips kissed my warm ones. We kissed eachother hungrily , taking in the warmth. His hands caressed my bare waist while my hands roamed in his thick hairs. I moaned as he nibbled my lower lip. Taking the chance , he shoved his tongue into my , exploring my mouth. He pressed me against the wall , our bodies touching eachother. Our breaths mixed with eachother , the music of our heart beats filling in the air. Kissing me hard on lips and then again smooching them , he finally left them. He rested his forehead on my , our breathes heavy. I closed my eyes , panting heavy. He kissed my forehead , hugging me. " I so longed for this!! This was—" he was breathless by the time , and I completed his sentence. " Amazing!! " I said and he pressed his lips on me again into a soul—shattering kiss! I clutched my eyes tight feeling his excitement against my pelvis. Smooching his lips for the last time , I finally stopped. His hairs were messed and lips swollen. I blushed looking at him. " Lets head out fast , we'll get caught " I said making him laugh. I blushed under his gaze. I took my hanky wiping his lips. He straighten his hairs. He did the same for me. I heard some giggles outside the room. There were people standing outside. Ohh and we cannot just move out like this. I had bought him to the ladies section , without even thinking 😳We waited for sometime , and slowly the sounds faded. Finally I decided to open the door. " Come after few minutes , I go? Okay? " I told him and he nodded. As soon as I opened the door , our friends boomed surprising us. " Caught them!!! " Prisha said clapping her hands that was followed by everyone's laughter. Ohh so embarrassing. " Hmm... Can't get off hands over your fiance huh!! " Shantanu said smirking. I turned to see a blushing varad behind me. " Sneaking out for romance huh!! You're so whipped!!!
