A Flight from New York lands at the Delhi Airport...after reaching Delhi...Aashi takes a train to Chawanpur. on the way of her journey, Aashi remembers her past...a past, in which she and Aditya were together. AASHI'S POV After Aditya passed away, it left a huge impact on my life...it changed my life completely...there was a time when I use to be a complete bubbly kind of a girl...full of life...trying to keep me and everyone in my surrounding happy. time flies so fast, it feels like as if it was just yesturday, when I saw Aditya for the first time....and that too, in a very unexpected way. it was a New year's eve...after doing party...I was returning back home around 4 AM in the morning. I was driving my car on a desolate road surrounded by dense forest on both sides, Suddenly, i noticed a lone car parked at the corner of the road. with curosity, I stopped my car and decided to  investigate. to be honest, deciding to come out of my car and trying to investigate a lone car, and that too on a such desolated road, could have been the worst decision of my life....but that one worst decision became the best decision that I had ever made...as this decision introduced me to Aditya....FLASHBACK STARTS...Approaching the car cautiously, Aashi noticed a man sleeping inside. Assuming he was heavily intoxicated, she attempted to wake him. Aashi: oh Mr...hello....hellooooo??? Uff....why do some of these idiots drink so much on new years eve that they end up getting unconscious...am damn sure, being a new years eve...this guy must have dranked a lot and ended up getting uncounsious. (Aashi said to herself) Suddenly something caught the attention of Aashi... shock grew when she discovered an empty bottle of sleeping pills in his hand. Realizing he had attempted suicide. after understanding the actual situation, Aashi became all tensed and worried. What the hell? an...an empty bottle of sleeping pills??? that means...this...this guy has tried to commit suicide? oh God...I...I need to call the ambulance. (Aashi said to herself) Without wasting a moment, Aashi called for an ambulance...within minutes, the ambulance reached the destination and took the guy to the hospital. Aashi to drived her car to the hospital. on its way, she gave a call to someome. Aashi: hello...hello uncle Roy...Uncle Roy: heyyy Aashi ....Whats the matter? you are calling me at such early morning, is everything ok? Aashi: actually uncle...I was returning back home from a new years eve party...on my way, I saw a guy uncounsious...he had attempted sucided by eating sleeping pills...Uncle Roy: oh my God...that's...that's terrible...where is he now? Aashi: I have called the ambulance on your hospital number ...we are on the way to the hospital...i hope you are present at the hospital now...Uncle Roy: yes yes...don't worry....am at the hospital only. Aashi: ok uncle...so see you there ... the ambulance had reached at the hospital...the guy was rushed into the operation theatre. meanwhile, Aashi too had reached at the hospital. she met Uncle Roy , he was just about to go inside the operation theatre...Uncle Roy was a doctor and also the owner of the hospital...he knew Aashi from years. Aashi: uncle Roy....Uncle Roy: Aashi....don't worry....we have taken the guy inside the operation theatre. Aashi: please uncle...try your best ...don't let anything happen to him...Uncle Roy: not to worry...I myself will handle this case...I'll try my level best ...saying this, Uncle Roy went inside the operation theatre and the door got closed. the operation was on. Aashi had placed her faith in Uncle Roy, who had promised to give his all to save the man's life. Time seemed to stand still as Aashi sat on a bench, her mind filled with worry and hope....she didn't move from that place even a bit, and waited there till the operation got over. Finally, the doors of the operation theatre swung open, and Uncle Roy emerged. Aashi's heart raced as she approached him, desperate for news about the man's condition. Instead of answering her question, Uncle Roy led her to his cabin, leaving her in suspense. as both set inside the cabin, Aashi again started throwing a load of questions towards Uncle Roy. Uncle Roy: relax relax Aashi beta...don't worry he is alright...he is out of danger now...he will live. we will be shifting him in a ward...currently he is unconscious, but all is well. hearing Uncle Roy's reply...Aashi left a deep breath of relief. Aashi: ohhhh....Thank God...I was really so worried Uncle. Uncle Roy marvels seeing Aashi's exceptional nature and character. he smiles looking at her. Uncle Roy: you know Aashi... I know you from so many years, but your caring and helping nature towards everyone always surprises me. today we live in a selfish world where people don't even care for their families...n here you are a person, who not only brought this dieing guy to the hospital...but also remained here till the operation got over. I mean...who even does get worried so much for a random person's life? Aashi smiles hearing Uncle Roy's reply...she gets bit emotional...Aashi: oh come on Uncle...a life is a life...for me, every life is valuable, whether it's a life of a beloved person or a life of a random person. if am capable of saving a life....then I'll do everything I can to save it. Uncle Roy: hmmm...I hope that the guy realises this as soon as he gets conscious. since he tried to take life of his own, I don't think he will be happy finding himself still alive. Aashi: actually your right Uncle...hmmm...let that idiot come back to consciousness...I wanna have some talk with him. Uncle Roy: come on Aashi ....that guy being a stranger to you...you still saved his life ...you even showed your concern towards him...your job is done...I think you need to go home and get some rest. talking to him like this won't be a good idea, after all he is a stranger. Aashi: so what Uncle? that idiot tried to take his own life, how can he act so much irresponsible towards the life that God has gifted him. I really don't like such people...I really wanna talk to him...Uncle Roy: hmmmm...alright alright Aashi...he might come to consciousness in another half hour...you can meet him after that. to be continued in next chapter
