Chapter 41: Some revelations

???: Where is the summoning key?

Richthofen: I-It should be here! Where did it go?

???: Whoever has it might be in big trouble.

Richthofen: How can you be so sure Doctor Monty?

Dr. Monty: I have seen many things and have created many things. So the one who has it now will be in big trouble. Do you have any idea on who that might be Richthofen?

Dempsey: I think I do. Remember when we were in the battlefield?

Richthofen looks at Dempsey interested and replies with, "Yes I do. What exactly are you getting at?"

Dempsey: Those two girls that appeared. What were their names?

Takeo: Geltahmiin and Allison. Those were the names of the two demons that helped us.

Dr. Monty: We must retrieve the summoning key before it is too late. I think I can find whatever universe they're from.

Meanwhile back at the hotel,

Geltahmiin is having a "fun" time riding BJ while Allison makes out with him until the summoning key in the table starts shaking. Geltahmiin gets off of BJ and takes a look at it.

BJ: Hon, what's wrong?

Geltahmiin: I don't know. But the artifact I took that allows me to see other versions of myself is going cuckoo.

Allison: Let's Tell the others about this.

BJ gets up putting pants on and examines it while not touching it. The summoning key glows even brighter starting to float. Geltahmiin contains it in a jar teleporting the rest of her, Allison and BJ's clothes on.

Hayden, Vega, and Stan were talking and watch as a jar with a golden orb was in it is set down in front of them.

Hayden: What is that?

Geltahmiin: This is the summoning key. I picked it up off of a pal from the adventures Allison and I went on. I took it without asking really and I think this is what I get for that.

Hayden: What if I hold it?

Geltahmiin: I suggest not to.

Suddenly, electricity crackles and 5 figures appear.

Dr. Monty: Where is it?

Richthofen points to the table and rushes grabbing the jar. Takeo unsheathes his katana while Dempsey and Nikolai take their guns out.

Stan stood up looming over all of them. Dempsey presses his Dingo LMG against his chest saying, "Hey big guy, if you want what's best for ya, you'd better sit back down."

Nikolai held his Brecci to Charlie's head telling her to stay still and nobody will get hurt. When Stan looked over he snapped slapping the dingo out of Dempsey's hand. He grabbed the brecci out of Nikolai's hand and points it at him.

Stan: Nobody EVER, threatens my Charlie.

Richthofen: We aren't here to harm any of you. So you can put the gun down.

Stan growls handing Nikolai his shotgun back and handing Dempsey his LMG.

Dr. Monty: Something is trying to escape from the summoning ke-

A white flash emits from it teleporting everyone in the room to a beautiful place. Green grass, blue skies and life everywhere.

Richthofen: Ok so we're back here, but these guys will be stuck for a bit.

???: There you guys are!

Richthofen: Ah, Dr. Maxis.

They proceed to hug. Dr. Monty explains what happened with the summoning key. Maxis understands and takes the gang to some rooms.

Dr. Maxis: We know you'll be stuck here for a little while, so here's some places for you to sleep.

Stan: It's better than nothing.

They all get settled in for the night. Though that night something terrible happened. Maxis heard voices, calling to him. He then grabbed the summoning key. From him fiddling around with the it, he accidentally released the bigger bastard, someone not even Monty Knew was in there, The shadow man.

He is the one and only, and the original harbinger of doom. He started messing stuff up destroying Dr. Monty's "perfect world".

Dr. Monty:So I'm going to be absolutely truthful with you. Things have gone way too far out of control. This isn't any Woo-o-ooo evil, we're talking about the Apothicants. The most powerful and evil entities in all the existences that ever existed and now they're here, in our perfect world. I'm not gonna sugarcoat things, it's a fucking shit-show.

Dempsey, Richthofen, Nikolai, Takeo step out with their weapons ready. Most of the others stay in but, Stan, Duke, BJ, and Keen step out with them ready too.

The sound of zombies roaring are heard as they load their weapons. An apothicant flies by eating the Pack-A-Punch machine and roars at them.

Richthofen: Alright. We need to work together to defeat the entity known as the shadow man.

Stan: Just Tell me where to shoot.

Dempsey: Heh. I already like this guy. Ready to fight at any time. Name's Tank, Tank Dempsey. Yours?

He puts a hand out for Stan to shake. Stan shakes it and says, "Stan Blazkowicz is the name but others refer to me as The Doomslayer or Doomguy."

Richthofen: Ohhhh, you're the guy she mentioned.

Takeo: Geltahmiin talk about Doomslayer during our first meeting.

Nikolai: She did didn't she. Let's see what you've got-

They watch as Stan rams into a horde of zombies, trampling them all. He shoots a couple more then cracks his knuckles saying, "Was that all? These things don't even put up as much of a fight as the argent bastards."

BJ: Yeah these guys don't looks so tough. But they come in large numbers Stanley.

More screams of zombies are heard as they dash at the 8 guys.

Duke takes out a pistol and blasts one's head off. Keen takes a combat knife and shanks quite a few. Geltahmiin sends them a note attached to a boot giving them a guide one what to do.

*Cough* Easter egg guide *Cough*

They follow the steps getting shields and cool weapons and stuff. The 8 make it to the final boss, The Shadow Man. Richthofen holds the Summoning Key and waits to use it. Geltahmiin teleports in with a bright light behind her.

Geltahmiin: Meet Uriel an Angel of immense power. He was contained in a facility in which I freed him from. He's loyal to me and will help put the Shadow Man in his place.

He raises his sword. Sending a beam down from the sky onto the Summoning Key. Geltahmiin looks at the eight and says, "He needs around 10 minutes to do this. Buy him some time, alright?"

BJ kisses her on the lips and nods. The others nod too preparing for battle. She grins kissing him back. For the next 10 minutes they dodge the shadow man's attacks and doing massive damage to him.

After that, unholy screams are heard from the key as Uriel finishes the shadow man off. Before he dies that shadow man says, "Wherever there's light, there's always darkness...," he gets sucked into the summoning key as does the stuff that royally fucked that world up.

They make it back to the house to see Dr. Monty. Once they make it back he says, "With the evil vanquished, I can stop making it all nice again. No undead, no apothicants, no shadow man. All of it gone, forever. But here's the funny thing, you snowflakes shouldn't even still be here. You should be fading out of existence by now."

Dempsey is seen fiddling with a vial of blood. Monty notices saying, "Those blood vials."

Richthofen: I was wondering when you'd bring this up.

Dr. Monty: They're from realities we've already closed off. They shouldn't be here, they can't be here. Such a paradox means you're putting my perfect world at risk. You guys and you bloody free will. What to do, what to do? Well you certainly can't stay here.

Richthofen: You could send us somewhere else, somewhere we've never been. And you can send the others back to their home.

Dr. Monty: Hmm! I suppose I could make a little corner somewhere in history, a place where I can dump some of the other shit I've left over. Or I just wipe you from existence.

The crew begins dusting up a bit. Dr. Monty speaks again, "Ooh hang on. That all works out perfectly..."

Everyone is teleported back to the hotel while the crew gets teleported to medieval times.
