Chapter 41

"Did you drop of Mrs. Im?" Y/N's father asked when Y/N got back home.

"Yeah, I did. Where's Nayeon?"

"She's in her room." Her mother answered and Y/N made her way to the guest room. She opened the door slowly and saw Nayeon taking off her earrings in front of the mirror.

"If it isn't ImTech's new CEO." Y/N went towards Nayeon and backhugged her as she put her chin on Nayeon's shoulder.

"I still can't believe it." Nayeon admitted.

"Well, you better start believing it cause it's true."

"It's all thanks to you." Nayeon turned around to face Y/N.

"It's thanks to us. We're a very good team." Y/N stated and Nayeon suddenly hugged her very tightly.

"Thank you for today. It means a lot to me." She said weakly.

"You deserve all of that. You deserve even more. I would do anything just to see you smile like this." Y/N pulled away and caressed her cheek.

"Is that why you helped me to become the CEO?"

"Hell yeah." Y/N chuckled.

"I still can't fucking believe it, aaaah." Nayeon squealed in happiness. Y/N found that action of hers so cute that she suddenly lifted up Nayeon and turned her around.

"Yah, put me down!" Nayeon protested.

"I love you, Nayeon-ah." Y/N stated putting her back down.

"I love you, Chou Y/N." Nayeon wrapped her arms around Y/N's nape and started to lean in for a kiss. Y/N looked into Nayeon's eyes before putting her lips onto Nayeon's. The kiss started slow but became faster and intenser each second. Y/N decided to heat things up a bit so she pinned Nayeon against the wall and started to kiss her more aggressively. Y/N is really horny right now and she really wants Nayeon so she stopped kissing her and grabbed her arm pulling her to the bed. She pushed Nayeon lightly on bed and got on top of her. She looked at her lovingly before she crashed her lips onto Nayeon's once again.

"Not so fast, tiger." Nayeon pushed Y/N off of her when she was about to kiss her neck. Y/N was a bit confused. Why did she just push her away?

"We're not having sex until I agree on being your girlfriend." Nayeon said standing up. Y/N raised her eyebrows upon hearing that. She can't be serious. Y/N was getting really turned on right now.

"That doesn't make sense, we've had sex before and we weren't girlfriends back then, were we?"

"No, but you're courting me right now. I'm not an easy girl, Y/N. No sex until I'm your girlfriend." Nayeon patted Y/N's face smirking. Y/N looks dumbfounded which Nayeon is enjoying.

"Aish, how long am I going to have to court you? It's been ages!"

"You've literally been courting me for three days. You're so impatient Y/N-ie." Nayeon chuckled.

"How long do people usually court someone?"

"It depends. Sometimes it takes days, sometimes weeks, sometimes months and in some cases even years."

"Years?" Y/N asked weakly and Nayeon can tell that she's worried.

"Exactly." Nayeon smirked.

"This isn't fair. You can't just turn me on and then back off like that." Y/N crossed her arms.

"That's what you get for playing with my feelings." Nayeon sat down next to Y/N and caressed her cheek.

"Just be my girlfriend now so that we can continue." Y/N demanded.

"No, you're not done courting me Chou Y/N." Nayeon won't give in that easily.

"Nayeon-ah we're waaaay past that phase. If you look at it that way, I've been courting you for months."

"More like misleading me for months." Nayeon teased.

"C'mon don't be like that. You know that I didn't mean to mislead you." Y/N said in a sad voice.

"I'm just joking, love. But not about the sex part. Sex is not included when you're courting someone."

"So you're really going to leave me hanging on a beautiful day like this? You're really doing this after I voted for you?"

"Exactly, Ms. Chou."

"Okay then, it's getting late. I should go sleep now." Y/N stood up and was about to leave the room.

"Wait." Nayeon grabbed Y/N's arm.

"Sex is not allowed, but sleeping with me is. So sleep with me tonight?"

"Of course." Y/N smiled and kissed Nayeon's forehead.

"Y/N-ie, where's Nayeon?" Mrs. Chou asked while they were having breakfast.

"She's still getting ready."

"Oh there she is." Tzuyu said and Nayeon came to the table.

"Wow, you look good Nayeon unnie." Chaeyoung complimented. Nayeon definitely changed her style upon becoming the CEO. She looks so good that Y/N can't take her eyes off of her.

"You look beautiful." Y/N added.

"Thank you." Nayeon said shyly and sat down next to her lover.

"I see becoming the CEO changed your style, huh?" Mr. Chou questioned.

"Yes. I'm not an employee anymore, so I can't look the same way as I did before."

"I want to tell you guys something." Nayeon changed the subject and everyone looked at her. "Now that I'm the CEO, I think I should buy my own apartment and move in there."

"W-what?" Y/N had no idea that Nayeon was thinking about that. "You want to move out?"

"Yeah, don't get me wrong, I love staying here but I don't want to bother you guys anymore besides I should get my own place now."

"We can just move into my apartment." Y/N suggested.

"No, I don't want you to be away from your family. I mean there's a reason why you live here instead of there. I don't want you to leave your family for me." Everyone smiled weakly upon hearing that. Nayeon is very thoughtful.

"It's your choice, Nayeon-ah. Just know that you're not bothering us at all and we really love having you here. Even Tzuyu and Chaeyoung who didn't like you at first, seem to like having you around now." Y/N's father stated.

"Exactly and who knows maybe you two will get married in the future and move in here." Mrs. Chou said and Y/N was about to choke on her drink.

"Are you okay?" Nayeon asked Y/N who's coughing.

"She almost died at the mention of marriage." Tzuyu chuckled.

"It's too soon to think about those things." Y/N said.

"Oh really? So you don't want to marry me?" Nayeon raised her eyebrows.

"What no, of course I'd want that in the future. But it's too soon to think about it, isn't it?"

"So you're saying you only want me in the future not now?" Nayeon looked at Chaeyoung and Tzuyu who are having a hard time not bursting out in laughter. Nayeon thinks it's too soon as well, she's just teasing Y/N.

"I-- euhm, I.." Y/N was debating with herself what to say and suddenly Tzuyu and Chaeyoung burst out laughing, which confused Y/N.

"You should have seen your face, unnie." Chaeyoung hit the table laughing.

"I was just joking, love. Of course it's too soon, we're not even girlfriends yet." Nayeon caressed Y/N's arm. Y/N looked so cute when she didn't know what to say.

"Yah, you're all really mean." Even her parents are laughing.

"I've never seen you stress this much in my entire life." Tzuyu stated and Y/N glared at them.

"Isn't it time for you two to go to school?" She asked them.

"It actually is. Let's go Tzuyu-yah." The two maknaes stood up and left.

"I should go now too. I can't be late on my first day as a CEO." Nayeon smiled as she stood up.

"My driver can take you to work." Y/N informed.

"No need, Y/N-ah. I have a car and a drivers license. I can go myself."

"Alright, if that's what you want."

"Goodbye, Mr. and Mrs. Chou. Goodbye to you too." She kissed Y/N's cheek and left the place.

Nayeon just arrived at the company and she can already feel that she's the CEO. Everyone that she sees keeps bowing to her and greeting her in a very formal way, even the employees that she used to be close to. They were already very friendly to her because she's the daughter of the CEO, but now that she's the CEO herself, it intensified.

That's not the only thing that intensified though. The work that she needs to do also intensified. She has way more work now than she had before. She really needs to lead the company well in order to be a successful CEO.

"Come in!" Nayeon yelled when someone knocked on her door. It's Momo.

"Nayeon-ssi, your new office is ready. You can move there right now." As the new CEO, she's getting her father's office.

"Thank you, Momo-yah." Nayeon smiled and started to move her stuff to the new office with Momo's help.

"Let me help you." Someone suddenly joined her.

"I don't need your help, Jeongyeon."

"Are you still mad?" The manager asked.

"You think time heals something like this? It doesn't."

"You know that I'm sorry. What more do you want to hear?"

"Sorry doesn't change a thing as long as you work for them. You're still working for them aren't you?"

"I don't work for them anymore." Jeongyeon said. They're not asking her to help them for now because they know that Nayeon is aware of Jeongyeon helping them.

"I don't care. Go work for them. You have no place here."

"What do I need to do for you to forgive me?"

"Nothing. Just stay away from me. It's all I want." Nayeon pleaded and left Jeongyeon standing there dumbfounded. She really wants Nayeon to forgive her, but she knows it's going to be very difficult.

Y/N on the other hand didn't go to work immediately. She went to Jihyo's place first to talk about some important things.

"Oh Y/N-ah, come in." Jihyo's grandmother opened the door. "I haven't seen you in a while. Are you still angry with me?"

"No, Ms. Park. I was never angry just disappointed." Y/N stated and the woman nodded.

"Jihyo is in her room." Ms. Park informed and Y/N went to her room.

"Can I join the one and only Park Jihyo?" Y/N joked when she got into Jihyo's room.

"Hmm let me think about it. Yes you can." The girl laughed and Y/N closed the door.

"You look happy." Jihyo noticed. "I guess that's because Nayeon became the CEO, right?"

"You can say that, yeah."

"But something is wrong isn't it?" Jihyo knows Y/N very well. It looks like something is bothering her.

"Yes. I feel like her father and brother are planning some things. After all they still have the pictures. They could use them to their benefit."

"Let's listen to the recordings. Maybe they talked about something." Jihyo suggested and she opened her laptop. Ever since they put the mic in Mr. Im's office, they've been recording everything.

They went through all the recordings and couldn't hear anything that is relevant to them, until they caught Y/N's name on one of them. It's a recording from the day before the meeting.

"Dad, what if Nayeon wins tomorrow?" Jin asked.

"It's better for her to win actually." His father stated.

"What? Why?"

"We're going to let her win, Jin-ah. We have no choice."

"That doesn't make any sense, dad."

"It does my son, it does. It's all part of the plan." The man laughed.

"The plan?"

"Aish, you're so slow and you want to become a CEO with this mindset?" The man scolded his son. "Chou Y/N has a lot of our shares. We need to get them back. If you become the CEO tomorrow, there's no way we're going to get them back because she'll use those shares to take that position away from you. Either way we can't let her have those shares, we need them back."

"How will we get them back?"

"Simple. Tomorrow Nayeon will become the CEO. After that we'll threaten Y/N with the pictures. We'll say that we won't release them if she sells her shares to us. Of course she won't want the pictures to get released. It'll harm her company and the shareholders won't want Nayeon to be the CEO. So she'll eventually sell her shares but we'll still release the pictures afterwards. That way you'll become the CEO and I'll have my shares back. When she has no shares, she'll have no power in ImTech, meaning that she can't take your position away from you." The man explained.

"That man is smart, but little does he know that we know his entire plan now." Y/N chuckled.

"What are we going to do now? We need to prevent those pictures from getting released." Jihyo questioned and Y/N started to think.

"I'll act like I'm agreeing on his proposal but I'll take some time. I'm going to make it a bit difficult for them so that I can win time. We just need to strike before them. Meaning that we need to gather all the evidence as fast as possible and go to the police before they release the pictures." Y/N explained.

"What if they find out that you're misleading them?"

"They might find out if we take too long. We need to be fast."

"We're going to need a good lawyer. Do you have someone in mind?" Jihyo asked her older sister.

"I actually have someone in mind, but it might not be easy to convince her."

"Who is it?"

"Minatozaki Sana." Sana is a very good lawyer and she wins almost all of her cases.

"Didn't you say that she's angry with you for revealing her mother's affair?"

"Yes, but she'd want Mr. Im to go to prison as well, so I think she'll help me out."

"Well, you can try." Jihyo sighed and Y/N's phone started ringing.

"Speaking of the devil, Mr. Im is calling." Y/N stated and answered the phone call.

"What did he say?" Jihyo questioned.

"He wants to meet me tomorrow. I guess he's going to do his proposal once again, but this time with more threatening."

"When are you going to talk to Sana?"

"I think I should go to her now. We don't have much time left and she might fasten this process. The sooner I talk to her the better. Do you want to come along?" Y/N stood up.

"I'd want to, but I need to go to work in about an hour."

"Alright, well I'll let you know how it went." Y/N said and left the place to go to Sana's apartment.

"What are you doing here?" Sana doesn't look very happy to see Y/N in front of her.

"Can we talk?"

"You really have the courage to show up at my apartment?"

"Yes, it's important. Please, I need to talk to you."

"You better be fast." Sana widened the door for Y/N to enter and Y/N is glad that Sana didn't make it difficult for her.

"I need you to be my lawyer." Y/N sat down at the table.

"You can't be serious." Sana started to laugh. "Why would I be your lawyer?"

"I'm going to sue someone. Well actually two people and I need your help."

"You think I'm going to help you after you ruined my dad's life? My parents are going to divorce, Y/N."

"Let me guess, your dad told your mom to stop seeing Mr. Im but your mom told your dad she loves Mr. Im more. Am I right?" Sana stood there dumbfounded. How did Y/N know?

"I can tell from your reaction that I'm right. If you become my lawyer, your family might be saved."

"How's that gonna happen?"

"Because I'm going to sue Mr. Im." Y/N revealed.

"And why do you think I would care?"

"Because when Mr. Im is out of sight, your mom will have no choice but to stay with your dad."

"Does your girlfriend know that you're planning to sue her father?" Sana chuckled. She finds this quite funny.

"No, and you won't tell her. Would you?"

"Why wouldn't I? After all you revealed my mom's affair. Now I have something against you as well. Besides why would you want to sue Mr. Im? Are you really that desperate to take over ImTech?" Sana questioned and Y/N started to tell her everything. From what happened eight years ago until now.

"You realize that I can take you down with this information right?" Sana doesn't get why Y/N trusts her with all this information.

"But you won't because we're both going to benefit from this. Do you really want your mom to be with a murderer?" Y/N asked and Sana thought about it for a minute. Of course she wants Mr. Im gone. She hates the man's guts and finding out that he's a murderer only increased the hate towards him.

"Do you have evidence?" Sana asked and Y/N smiled weakly. She knew she'd be able to convince Sana.

"This is all I have. Can you take a look at it and tell me if it's enough? And also how long everything would take?"

"I'll look at it and I'll let you know. Just give me some time. I'll call you about it tomorrow."

"Great." Y/N nodded to herself.

"So this was your plan all along huh? You're using Nayeon?"

"No, I'm not. Nayeon has nothing to do with this so I don't want her to get involved." Y/N stated and a silence followed afterwards.

"I'm really sorry, Sana. I know I said this before, but I didn't mean to ruin your family."

"It's not your fault Y/N. Nayeon was the one that revealed it besides my dad was going to find out one day anyways. It was inevitable." Sana sighed and the two continued to talk about what to do and everything related to the case. In the end Y/N managed to convince Sana to become her lawyer and you can say that the two became a team. Mr. Im and Jin are going to have a very hard time to get out of this.

A/N: Updaaate. I have a question for you guys. So my chapters are quite long and I was wondering if I should make them shorter? The reason why I make them this long is because I don't want there to be too many chapters in the end. What do y'all think? Please comment and vote!!
